Terms of Service

Welcome to MovieStudio. MovieStudio ("we", "us", "the Service") is a software service that turns written prompts into AI-generated short films — including scripts, AI visuals, narration and captions. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

You describe a story; the Service generates a video using AI models. Output is provided "as is". AI generation is probabilistic and results may vary in quality.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits; you may buy more (see Pricing).

3. Payments & credits

Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, a licensed payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. Credits are consumed when you render a movie. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account.

4. Refunds

Because rendering consumes real compute cost, credits already spent on a completed render are non-refundable. If you are charged but not credited, contact us and we will correct it. Unused credit top-ups do not expire.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates real people to deceive, contains sexual content involving minors, or promotes fraud, violence or hatred. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and ownership

You own the prompts you write and, subject to these Terms and applicable law, the videos you generate. You are responsible for how you use and publish that output.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and pricing may change. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
